Job Summary
Develop training curricula for safety, quality, and technical utility construction compliance while facilitating sessions on field operations and leadership. Oversee the Operator Qualification program and conduct monthly compliance reports to internal and external leadership teams. Perform field and office assessments of personnel to ensure adherence to PHMSA, DOT, and client standards, managing documentation capture, storage, and disposal. Collaborate with operations departments to identify compliance risks and develop short- and long-term solutions, tracking key performance indicators for initiatives. Requires two-plus years of technical training development experience, project management leadership skills, and a valid driver's license.
Required Qualifications
- Experience with managing and leading direct reports
- Experience creating online training with Articulate products preferred
- Experience managing a learning management system preferred
- Ability to understand and follow specific oral and written instructions
- Ability to work well independently and as a part of a team with co-workers
- Possession of, or ability to obtain, a valid State of Residence Driver's License
- Candidates must pass criminal and Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) background checks and pass a pre-employment drug screen
- Two (2+) plus years experience in developing technical training curricula related to construction or utility
- Two (2+) plus years of project management and team leadership experience
