Job Summary
Training Manager responsible for developing, enhancing, and overseeing all training programs to align with operational, safety, and client requirements; create curricula to strengthen personnel proficiency and readiness; drive data-driven improvements; supervise trainers to ensure compliant, high-quality delivery; manage annual training plan and calendar; serve as primary liaison between Inter-Con Security and client on training matters; lead continuous improvement initiatives to strengthen readiness and performance across high-stakes security environments.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in instructional design, training program development, and adult-learning methodologies
- Ability to design engaging training for diverse audiences (blended learning and e-learning)
- Leadership experience in fast-paced, high-stakes environments
- Strong collaboration with executives and stakeholders on security matters
- Certifications: CPR (required or ability to obtain); firearms, access control, and use of force certifications as applicable
