Training Lead, Full Time - Day Shift

Job Summary
Lead warehouse operations to achieve daily department goals; monitor hourly performance, adjust staffing as needed, and provide feedback on operational processes. Conduct daily meetings, enlist colleagues for process/culture improvement, ensure training/certification across areas, and drive KPIs related to merchandise movement, service levels, accuracy and productivity. Partner with Core Trainer on new hire onboarding, maintain a safe, clean, and organized workplace, communicate effectively, provide hands-on direction in fulfillment center, recognize team performance, and balance freight flow while closing performance gaps through the process board. Foster an inclusive, collaborative environment and ensure dependable attendance. Must be able to work a flexible schedule; physical duties include heavy lifting and standing for extended periods. Skills include communication, training and development, organization and time management, problem-solving, technology proficiency, equipment operation (forklifts, pallet jacks), team collaboration, self-motivation, and English-language safety compliance.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Ability to work flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to operate forklifts and pallet jacks
- English reading/writing proficiency
- Ability to perform heavy lifting (e.g., lift at least 50lbs)
- Experience in training, development, and operations
- Attention to safety rules and policies
- Experience in warehouse or distribution environment
- Proficiency with technology and handheld devices
- Team leadership and collaboration
