Training Lead, FT - Weekend Shift

Warehouse Lead (Training Lead) for Macy's, full-time weekend shift. Responsible for achieving daily department goals set by the Operations Manager, monitoring hour-by-hour performance, and adjusting staffing as needed. Lead and participate in staff training, cross-training, and certification across operational areas; drive KPI achievement for merchandise movement, service levels, accuracy, and productivity; support onboarding and orientation for new hires; maintain a safe, organized, and communicative work environment; provide hands-on direction in fulfillment center operations; manage process boards to drive performance and address gaps; foster open communication and collaboration with colleagues and Leaders; ensure attendance and reliability; flexible scheduling including weekends and holidays. Essential skills include strong communication, training and development, organization and time management, problem-solving, technology proficiency, forklift/pallet jack operation, and team collaboration. Must be able to work in a physically demanding distribution environment with lifting requirements and safety compliance.
