Training Lead, FT - Night Shift

Warehouse Training Lead on night shift responsible for achieving daily department goals, monitoring hour-by-hour performance, adjusting staffing, and providing coaching to colleagues on operational processes. Partners with Core Trainer and Operations Manager to onboard new hires, ensure training and cross-training, maintains KPI achievement for merchandise movement, service levels, accuracy and productivity, and fosters a safe, organized, and collaborative fulfillment center environment. Responsibilities include conducting daily shift meetings, engaging colleagues in process/culture improvement, delivering hands-on direction in fulfillment center operations, and communicating effectively with leadership to drive performance.
