Job Summary
Training Lead – Food & Beverage is responsible for the planning, coordination, and execution of all training programs across Food & Beverage operations (restaurants, bars, banquets, private club services). Deliver classroom and on-the-job training; develop and maintain training materials, SOPs, and certification assessments; lead orientation and ongoing sessions focused on service standards and expectations; implement cross-training; conduct required safety and compliance training (food safety, alcohol service, workplace safety); manage the F&B training calendar, attendance, and certifications; partner with HR and department leaders for audit compliance; identify high-potential employees for leadership development; coach supervisors on training delivery and feedback; support pre-shift meetings; conduct service audits; collaborate with culinary/beverage teams for product knowledge; utilize Microsoft 365 for communication and tracking; demonstrate proficiency across major F&B roles and uphold service standards; ensure training aligns with luxury hospitality standards and drives operational excellence.
Required Qualifications
- TABC (or equivalent) certification required
- Food Handler certification required
- Minimum of 3 years of Food & Beverage experience in a full-service or luxury hospitality environment
- Experience in training, learning and development, or leadership support preferred
- Familiarity with luxury service standards is preferred
