Job Summary
Training Lead manages and delivers onboarding and ongoing training for hourly production new hires across departments. Responsibilities include ensuring new hires complete LMS-based online training, coaching on floor processes, enforcing food safety and GMP requirements, tracking progress with skill checklists, supporting CI initiatives and retraining, and possibly assisting on the production floor as needed. The role requires deep knowledge of production processes, strong collaboration with Production Supervisors and Shift Managers, and effective communication of KPIs and targets to associates.
Required Qualifications
- General high school degree, or equivalent, (e.g. GED)
- 6+ months of production/warehouse environment required
- Desire to train and willingness to learn new skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment alongside others as a team
- Open availability to work nights and weekend shifts
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation
- Must have floor presence and be able to stand/walk for up to 10-12 hours
