Training Instructor role focused on supporting DINFOS training programs: assist team leads to keep Training Day on schedule, manage attendance, oversee student records and counseling, adhere to Training Programs of Instruction, mentor and coach students, provide SME input to curriculum development, and ensure instructors meet certification/qualification standards.
Required Qualifications
- 6+ years of U.S. military or government public affairs or communications experience and a combination of education, experience and training in related work being solicited
- Working knowledge of all aspects of public affairs and visual information
- Expertise advising senior military or C-suite executive-level organization leadership
- A graduate-level degree is preferable
- Extensive experience operating with joint staff, international organizations or other government agencies
- Familiarity with a variety of eLearning platforms to support online and resident instruction
- APR or APR+M Certified
