Job Summary
Lead and develop capability-building initiatives for CSL Behring's Commercial organization, collaborating across Sales, Marketing, Commercial Operations, and Medical to plan, implement, and improve training programs that enhance product and disease-knowledge, brand strategy execution, and customer engagement. Design and deliver training for Sales Managers and medical representatives (MRs) covering disease knowledge, product knowledge, competitive landscape, coaching, and omnichannel/data-tools, including AI and CRM applications. Create training plans from gap analyses, plan training at Cycle and Monthly Meetings, conduct Train-the-Trainer sessions for Sales Managers, establish training quality/measures, and manage external vendors to deliver high-quality programs. The role emphasizes translating brand/commercial strategies into practical content, enabling field teams to apply new capabilities in real-world customer interactions and performance improvement across mid-career hires and returning employees.
