Job Summary
Facilitate and instruct adult learners through in-person and online New Employee Orientation courses while creating, maintaining, and adjusting curriculum based on stakeholder feedback and market research. Develop new training content and deliver formal, informal, or non-formal instruction to meet the specific needs of new hires. Manage the orientation suite of programs to ensure efficient onboarding that strengthens employee retention and integrates staff into the agency's mission. Requires TS/SCI clearance, onsite Monday-Friday hours, and a Bachelor's degree.
Required Qualifications
- TS/SCI clearance
- CI Poly eligibility
- Bachelor's degree (or higher) in any concentration/area of study
- At least 5 years demonstrated experience instructing adult learners
- At least 5 years demonstrated experience maintaining curriculum
- At least 5 years demonstrated experience in developing courses
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Education, Teaching, Curriculum Design, Instructional Design, Educational Leadership, or similar degree that provides knowledge and education of adult learning
- Experience supporting new hires (onboarding)
- Experience updating and maintaining content for informational websites
- Experience in Instructional Systems Design (ISD)
- Experience facilitating and instructing adult learners both in-person and virtually
