Job Summary
Execute multi-week new hire programming to prepare personnel for shift work and develop training topics supporting good manufacturing processes, aseptic behaviors, and documentation practices. Deliver aseptic gowning training to eligible staff while ensuring site compliance metrics are met and maintaining accurate completion records in the Noverant LMS. Provide coaching and feedback to trainees, hold them accountable for program expectations and values alignment, and properly prepare all training documentation. Embrace a Safety-First culture by ensuring safety practices are followed during instructor-led sessions. This role requires experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing or cleanroom environments, with a focus on applying instructional design principles to build engagement and foundational skills.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- Minimum of two (2) years related experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing or cleanroom environment
- Must pass background check
- Must pass drug screen
- Must be able to obtain and maintain an aseptic gowning trainer certification
