Job Summary
Facilitate onboarding programs and deliver training on customs processes, regulatory requirements, and operational workflows through instructor-led, hands-on, and scenario-based learning. Provide coaching and mentorship to associates at all career stages while developing learning content that translates regulatory updates into practical resources. Track participation and gather feedback to measure impact, identify trends, and continuously improve delivery methods aligned with accuracy, compliance, and productivity goals. Collaborate with leaders to address performance gaps and support a culture of continuous learning within Canadian operations.
Required Qualifications
- Completion of Grade 12 Education
- Completion of CCS Designation
- Completion of CTCS Designation
- 5+ years of experience in customs brokerage, trade services, or a related operational environment
Desired Qualifications
- Previous experience in training, coaching, mentoring, or facilitating learning programs
