Training Development Specialist

Job Summary
Design, develop, and deliver instructor-led, eLearning, and blended training programs aligned with organizational goals. Facilitate training sessions and workshops for corporate and field populations while partnering with the Organizational Development Lead and HR to translate business needs into practical learning solutions. Support organizational development and change management initiatives by creating leadership and team development content, measuring program effectiveness through performance data and feedback, and maintaining scalable learning documentation. Serve as a subject-matter expert in instructional design and facilitation best practices.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Education, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in training, learning and development, organizational development, or a related HR discipline
- Direct experience designing and delivering training programs
- Must be able to maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism
- Ability to support flexible schedules based on training and business needs
- Willingness to collaborate across corporate and field environments
- Occasional travel may be required
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer
- Ability to participate in virtual and in-person training sessions and meetings
- Visual acuity required for reviewing training materials and documentation
Desired Qualifications
- Experience facilitating training for both corporate and field-based populations
- Familiarity with learning management systems, content development tools, and training platforms
