Job Summary
Lead consistent, high-quality onboarding and ongoing training across the Distribution Center, facilitating hands-on sessions in both English and Spanish. Communicate clearly with associates and leaders across all shifts to ensure procedures, safety practices, and system changes are understood. Track trainee progress, KPIs, and operational trends to identify skill gaps and support associate development. Maintain and improve SOPs, training materials, and process documentation while partnering with Operations and IT to support WMS rollout readiness. Use creative learning methods to improve engagement and retention, recommending practical improvements for scalability. Requires bilingual English/Spanish fluency, 3+ years in operational training, and flexibility to support multiple shifts including evenings and weekends.
Required Qualifications
- Bilingual English/Spanish required, with the ability to read, write, and speak clearly in both languages.
- 3+ years of experience in training, learning and development, or operations training.
- Experience leading training in a warehouse, distribution center, manufacturing, logistics, or other operational environment.
- Strong facilitation, coaching, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment.
- Strong analytical skills and comfort using data to improve training outcomes.
- Strong organization, follow-through, and attention to detail.
- Flexibility to support training across multiple shifts, including days, evenings, weekends, and occasional off-hours.
Desired Qualifications
- Experience supporting system or process implementations preferred; WMS experience a plus.
