Training Developer - Lübeck (m/w/d)

Training Developer responsible for building training programs for global deployment by collaborating with engineering, product management, and training teams. Design and storyboard comprehensive curricula, draft learning content, and coordinate with global resources to produce media and reference materials. Requires demonstrated instructional/learning design and curriculum development for technical subjects, the ability to synthesize material into lesson plans for diverse audiences, and fluency in written English with German at least at B2. Bachelor’s Degree (ideally in Education, Educational Technology, Engineering, or similar) required. Up to 10% travel. Hybrid role based in Lübeck, Germany. Desirable: experience with project management tools (Asana, Miro), and familiarity with product development and manufacturing domains.
