Job Summary

Capture client training needs and advise stakeholders on the right learning solutions to accomplish their mission. Design training material and performance support tools with curriculum developers and subject matter experts, utilizing technical skills to produce engaging, interactive experiences on screen or in a classroom. Recommend cutting-edge multimedia technologies and blended learning strategies, then meet with SMEs throughout the process to incorporate feedback. Collect and analyze results using evaluation methodologies such as the Kirkpatrick Model to fine-tune training for maximum impact. Work with SMEs and product owners to build a successful learning environment that places the learner at the center of the experience.

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience with adult learning theory and instructional technologies
  • 3+ years of experience with the DoD or IC
  • Experience authoring instructional materials, learning objectives, and knowledge and performance tests
  • Experience with technical training development, including training for technical systems
  • Experience integrating training into Learning or Knowledge Management Systems
  • Experience facilitating or instructing material
  • Experience with competency frameworks
  • TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information
  • You are expected to be on camera during interviews and assessments

Desired Qualifications

  • Experience with Human-Centered Design
  • Experience with eLearning technologies
  • Experience conducting computer-based training, including building curriculum and reference materials
  • Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Learning or Instructional Design
  • Human-Centered Design Certification
