Job Summary
Lead in-person training sessions for new leaders across Lakeshore locations; build and facilitate role-play scenarios, group activities, and live practice exercises that bring service standards to life; create an engaging, high-energy training environment; develop training materials, scripts, and session guides; coach on the floor with new hires in front-of-house spaces; explore and implement diverse learning formats (group sessions, one-on-one coaching, video, scenario-based learning); track progress and provide feedback to new hires and their managers; help shape and protect Lakeshore culture to convey the Lakeshore energy from day one; growth through leadership development built into the role.
