Training & Credentialing Coordinator

Job Summary
Coordinate onboarding trainings with the Director of Contact Center Operations; schedule and support delivery of internal and external trainings; maintain training calendars, materials, attendance records, and documentation; update training materials to reflect current protocols and SOPs; organize logistics for in-person, virtual, hybrid, and off-site trainings; track staff certifications and credentialing requirements; maintain audit-ready credentialing files; support accreditation preparation and compliance monitoring; collect feedback, identify gaps in training/credentialing, and support procedural updates aligned with accreditation standards; liaise with operations leadership, HR, and program leadership; prepare reports on training completion and credentialing status; support training-related program implementation and start dates; occasional evenings/weekends as needed.
