Job Summary
Training Coordinator responsible for implementing, maintaining, and administering trainings; collaborates with site leadership, project, and department staff to identify and schedule training opportunities; identifies participants and equipment/locations for training (internal or external to the project or Zachry); tracks, updates, and enters training data in the system of record; provides electronic weekly/monthly reports on departmental training programs; audits craft training program documents, processes, proctors, and instructors to ensure consistency and identify areas for improvement; initiates and maintains relationships within the Talent Development department and with craft leadership, project leadership, and field personnel; requires strong communication, attention to detail, time management, organization, leadership capability, and facilitation/presentation experience; proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and reporting tools; preferrably bilingual in English and Spanish; industrial construction experience and instructional design knowledge are a plus.
