Job Summary
Enter and maintain course information, manage enrollments and attendance in the learning management system, and run regular and ad hoc reports from the system. Schedule classes, reserve rooms and resources, coordinate trainers, and prepare participant workbook materials including handouts and videos. Manage vendor invoices, submit charge back requests, and oversee purchasing/payment operations for L&D programs that utilize external vendors. Track and maintain employee training records, distribute pre- and post-class assignments, and facilitate specific learning programs as requested. This role supports end-to-end administrative and tactical operations for Learning & Development, ensuring compliance and efficient delivery of training activities.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 2 years of administrative or support experience in Learning & Development or related role
- LMS Administration experience
- Interpersonal skills; ability to build alliances with leadership and vendors to gain commitment and implement learning programs
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Excellent time-management skills
- Strong project management skills
