Job Summary
Execute the weekly training plan per facility and shift, coordinating new-hire orientations, Ambassador certification programs, and the Powered Industrial-Equipment training. Manage Asana ticketing for training requests, validate onboarding processes, and monitor adherence to standard work while supporting continuous improvement initiatives in Safety, Quality, and Productivity. Lead site-level engagement programs like Associate Experience Week and actively seek skill development through cross-training and skill classes. Maintain a positive floor presence to set an example for team members while balancing multiple priorities and solving operational problems quickly.
Required Qualifications
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Strong work ethic with the ability to manage-through multiple, competing priorities
- Previous experience in operations, preferably in e-commerce fulfillment or distribution center setting
- Proven skills observing performance and identifying performance gaps
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient with MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Word, Asana, Slack and other communication or productivity tools needed for the role
