Training Coordinator

The Training Coordinator will plan, organize, and conduct employee training across functional areas at Sephora's Omni-Channel Distribution Center in Avon, IN. Responsibilities include facilitating training sessions, maintaining training trackers and calendars, leading MHE training and recertification including safety trainings, conducting New Hire Orientation portions, evaluating trainer performance, and ensuring adherence to SOPs. Requires strong verbal and written communication, excellent organizational and data-management skills, ability to work flexible hours, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. Physical duties include standing, lifting up to 50 lbs, and operating MHE. Minimum 1 year of training experience; adult-education fundamentals preferred.
