Training Coordinator - SATX

Job Summary
Deliver hands-on training on the shopfloor, validate and assess employee skills, and conduct onboarding and skills assessments for new and existing staff. Develop training materials, SOP support, and visual aids while supporting cross-training and certification initiatives. Champion safety procedures, PPE requirements, and OSHA compliance standards by partnering with Production, Quality, Engineering, and Safety teams to identify training needs. Maintain documentation, qualification records, and skills matrices. This onsite role in San Antonio requires bilingual skills and manufacturing experience, with a full-time, non-exempt schedule starting August 2026.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Bilingual
- Strong facilitation, coaching, communication, and organizational skills
- Basic computer and documentation skills
- Strong communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills
- Must be able to transport up to 10 pounds
- Close vision, distance vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus
Desired Qualifications
- Technical certification or associate degree
- Previous technical training or coaching experience
- Experience with Lean manufacturing or TWI programs
- OSHA 10 Certification
- Experience in Industrial Painting, Assembly Processes, Welding or Fabrication
- Passionate about implementing change to improve JCB
- Ability to present to all levels of the organization
- Hands-on experience of manufacturing techniques
- Computer literate in Microsoft Office tools
