Training Coordinator - SATX

Job Summary
Deliver hands-on training on the shopfloor and validate employee skills and competencies for operations and production processes. Conduct onboarding and skills assessments for new and existing staff while developing training materials, SOPs, and visual aids. Champion safety procedures, PPE requirements, and OSHA compliance standards by partnering with Production, Quality, Engineering, and Safety teams to identify training needs. Maintain training documentation, qualification records, and skills matrices to support cross-training and certification initiatives. Work in both office and manufacturing environments, occasionally standing, walking, or transporting up to 10 pounds.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Bilingual
- Strong facilitation, coaching, communication, and organizational skills
- Basic computer and documentation skills
- Strong communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills
- Onsite in San Antonio, Texas: 13210 Palo Alto Road, San Antonio, TX 78224
- Full Time, Non-Exempt
- Both office environment and occasionally manufacturing/factory environment
- Subject to noise and temperature changes

- Remain stationary, operate hands to finger, handle, or feel, reach with hands and arms, and talk or hear
- The employee is occasionally required to stand and move and/or walk

Desired Qualifications
- Technical certification or associate degree
- Previous technical training or coaching experience
- Experience with Lean manufacturing or TWI programs
- OSHA 10 Certification
- Experience in Industrial Painting, Assembly Processes, Welding or Fabrication
- Passionate about implementing change to improve JCB
- Ability to present to all levels of the organization
- Hands-on experience of manufacturing techniques
- Computer literate in Microsoft Office tools
