Training Coordinator

Job Summary
Develop and maintain comprehensive training schedules across all warehouse departments while managing the master calendar for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts to avoid disrupting peak shipping windows. Record integrity within the Quality Management System and track certification expiration dates for equipment like PIT and HazMat to ensure audit-ready compliance. Coordinate onboarding logistics including PPE distribution and classroom setup, then generate productivity reports on training completion and time to productivity for Operations planning. Prepare documentation for internal audits, client reviews, and OSHA inspections, and verify On-the-Job Training competency records. Maintain SOP version control and support facilitation of training on safety standards and operational systems. Work with warehouse leadership to execute structured programs for new hires and existing associates, balancing multiple requests and meeting deadlines in a high-volume environment.
Required Qualifications
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Critical proficiency in Excel
- Experience with Quality Management Systems
- Experience with Warehouse Management Systems
- Exceptional organizational skills
- Ability to communicate clearly within a diverse workforce
- Experience with Train-the-Trainer models in a manual labor setting
- Ability to troubleshoot basic classroom technology
- Effective analytical, problem solving and decision-making skills

- Ability to effectively lead a team
- Knowledge of FDA and CFR requirements surrounding training
Desired Qualifications
