Job Summary
Deliver engaging inductions and training sessions; coordinate and manage training programs, events, and learning activities; onboard and train teams for new restaurant openings; oversee the Management in Training program; coach Front of House managers and teams to improve performance and standards; conduct site visits to support food knowledge, training, and development; monitor training completion, compliance, and engagement; maintain and improve training materials, SOPs, and digital resources; support rollout of new business initiatives and operational projects.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in learning and development or training coordination
- Ability to deliver engaging training sessions
- Strong communication and public speaking skills
- Willingness to travel regularly to multiple restaurant locations
- Experience with onboarding and new store openings
- Familiarity with SOPs and digital learning resources
