Job Summary
Develop and manage training programs using AI platforms to generate materials in multiple languages, collaborating with subject matter experts to create content within the EQMS training module. Coordinate and schedule internal and external initiatives while monitoring effectiveness, reporting KPIs, and adjusting strategies based on feedback. Liaise with department heads to assess needs, support onboarding, and maintain compliance logs and certificates to ensure regulatory adherence. Assist in budgeting for development activities and address training-related issues for trainees. This role within the Quality Group aligns learning initiatives with the company's strategic goals and food industry standards.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Education, Training, Quality Assurance, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in training development or coordination
- Experience with AI platforms and video content creation
- Proficiency in using AI platforms for content creation
- Excellent organisational skills (ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams)
- Awareness of cultural differences in a global training context
- Strong project management skills (ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong time-management skills
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Knowledge of statistics and data analysis
- Ability to adapt to new technologies and tools
- Technological proficiency (MS Office, Learning Management Systems, scheduling tools)
- Familiarity with EQMS training modules and quality assurance processes
Desired Qualifications
- Certification in instructional design or training development
- Familiarity with Pharma or food industry standards and regulatory frameworks
- Exposure to international or multi-site environments
