Training Coordinator - Organizational Learning

Job Summary
Coordinate training events across four manufacturing sites in Montreal; manage training requests, schedules, logistics, and LMS data; support onboarding of new operations employees with structured learning roadmaps; organize logistics including learning materials, facility bookings, and equipment; communicate training schedules to stakeholders; ensure attendance data accuracy and certify alignment of employee competencies post-training; contribute to process improvements and francization program implementations; requires a DEC and at least five years in training coordination or manufacturing; proficient in both French and English; strong knowledge of LMS and Microsoft Office; excellent organizational, communication, and teamwork skills.
Required Qualifications
- You hold a college diploma (DEC) in office administration, business, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Minimum of five (5) years of experience in a training coordination role or within a manufacturing environment.
- Professional proficiency in both French and English (spoken and written).
- Solid knowledge of Learning Management Systems (LMS) and strong proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite.”
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build trust with colleagues and clients.
- Ability to manage multiple assignments, meet deadlines, and support onboarding and training initiatives.
