Job Summary
Create curriculum, guides, and training materials to address organizational deficiencies and deliver desired outcomes. Coordinate and deliver training programs with team leaders, including IPC J-STD, welding, new hire orientation, and Lean Manufacturing Principles. Measure training impact through key performance indicators, track costs and hours, and ensure facility compliance with ISO 9001 requirements. Provide feedback to management on training barriers and support continuous improvement projects.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years experience in instructional design and delivery for manufacturing environment and adult learners
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Adult Education, Training, Human Resources, or related field
- Familiarity with industry standards and regulations, such as IPC J-STD and ISO 9001
- Proficiency in MS Office and administration of learning management systems (LMS)
- Ability to work independently with limited supervision
