Job Summary
Oversee and validate each barista's journey through the new hire training program by leading group orientations, in-store training, and final assessments. Conduct robust quarterly product quality assessments for Boston, DC, and NYC stores to develop actionable reporting that enables field leaders to implement necessary improvements. Manage and track compliance across multiple platforms for training completion, accreditation velocity, and daily store performance while monitoring training completion across all markets. Provide area training support by conducting shift lead certifications and assisting with new product launches. This full-time role requires flexibility to work outside store hours, including weekends, and involves frequent travel to stores in New York, DC, Boston, and Philadelphia.

- Availability Requirements: This is a full time role (50 hours per week, 5 days a week) and requires flexibility to work outside of store operating hours, including weekends, as necessary.
