Job Summary
Training Coordinator for the U.S. Marshals Service Training Division (NTA instructors). Responsibilities include creating classes in the USMS Learning Management System (LMS), managing name tents and documentation, overseeing information packets, maintaining class folders and electronic records for accreditation, reviewing documents for completeness and accuracy, and creating travel memos. Requires a Bachelors Degree, at least 1 year of related experience, strong organization and prioritization skills, the ability to build relationships with internal staff and external sources, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to adapt to new systems and process improvements. Preferred qualifications include prior government training experience. US citizenship and ability to undergo a Background Investigation are required.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree
- Minimum of 1 year of experience with the above tasks
- Superior time management, organization, and prioritization skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with internal employees as well as outside sources
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to embrace new systems and process enhancements
- Must be a U.S. Citizen
- Must be able to undergo a Background Investigation (BI)
