Training Coordinator

Job Summary
Coordinate and deliver training for new hires, maintain training records and evaluations, and ensure training aligns with production and safety standards. Serve as the point of contact during post-orientation transitions, assist with new hire evaluations, develop cross-training with Production Management, create and deliver training materials and alerts, and partner with a Media Specialist to update training videos. Facilitate classroom sessions as needed, ensure confidentiality of employee records, and support flexible scheduling with 15-20% travel. Requires strong communication, instructional capability for adult learners, and familiarity with bulk manufacturing environments and standard office software. North Carolina-based role with in-person responsibilities and occasional travel to support training objectives.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Two years previous high-volume manufacturing experience preferred
- Two or more years of experience in training and/or supervising employees, preferably in a manufacturing environment
- Ability to lift, pull or push up to 50lbs
- Ability to stand and work in a repetitive operation
- Ability to work in a non-temperature-controlled environment
- Ability to read and write in English and interpret numerical sequences, identify lot numbers, and to effectively communicate on production line issues
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft computer functions (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, PowerPoint)
