Job Summary
Training Coordinator responsible for ensuring that new-hire training is carried out end-to-end, including proper paperwork for assessments, training records and evaluations. Responsibilities include delivering classroom training, maintaining training documentation, coordinating cross-training with Production Management, creating/updating training materials and videos, developing updated work standards, and facilitating instruction for adult learners. Travels 15-20% and supports safety culture initiatives, with proficiency in basic Microsoft tools (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, PowerPoint) and strong written communication. Requires a high school diploma or equivalent and prior experience in manufacturing training or supervision.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Two years previous high-volume manufacturing experience preferred
- Two or more years of experience in training and/or supervising employees, preferably in a manufacturing environment
