Job Summary

Coordinate and verify training and development activities linked to the organization’s mission and vision. Assist with development and learning delivery of brand and service-related topics. Support planning and execution of key learning delivery and leadership development activities. Facilitate on-property training for hourly associates, supervisors, and leaders. Maintain knowledge on brand and leadership development tools and resources. Assist leaders with their resources and development as requested. Monitor compliance of required training, including programs for new hires and brand training initiatives. Work with human resources and operations to support compliance for all required training. Utilize learning technology platforms and manage Learning Coordinator responsibilities to support the hotel’s training needs. Develop training aids and multimedia tools, order and manage inventory of training materials, and prepare for training classes (materials, setup, breakdown). Follow all policies, ensure professional communication, and maintain positive relationships. Ensure adherence to quality standards and safety. Ability to move objects up to 50 pounds, stand/sit/walk for extended periods, and perform other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

  • High School diploma or GED equivalent
  • Minimum 1 year of related work experience
  • Supervisory experience preferred
