Training Coordinator

Job Summary
Onboarding and ongoing training for employees, including initial training for new hires and group/individual training focused on policies, procedures, and Lab Information Systems. Develop and update training materials, serve as a compliance resource, support leadership with quality and service metrics, and travel to client sites or branches to deliver training. Role is hybrid/remote with at least 35% field time, covering Louisiana, Mississippi, and the Florida Panhandle. Requires high school diploma or GED and 3+ years phlebotomy experience; training/people leadership experience preferred. Schedule: Monday–Friday 8:00am–5:00pm with possible additional hours; travel may be required. Benefits include comprehensive coverage; LabCorp emphasizes equal opportunity employment.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED or equivalent
- 3 years or more Phlebotomy experience drawing patients of all ages
- 2 years or more experience in training or as a people leader (preferred)
