Training Coordinator

Job Summary
Manage the training matrix for all plant positions and oversee the TWI program and trainer certification process. Facilitate learning sessions and workshops while tracking attendance and evaluating effectiveness using surveys and performance metrics. Provide hands-on coaching to operators, technicians, and SMEs to improve efficiency and reduce errors. Create and modify training checklists, work procedures, and single-point lessons, then audit the program for compliance with plant standards for safety, quality, and performance. Develop KPI objectives, conduct root cause analysis, and create monthly reports for management review. Spend 60% of time in the plant delivering training and 40% on administrative program elements.
Required Qualifications
- Associate degree
- TWI certification
- Leadership experience in a manufacturing environment
- SAP experience
- Proficiency in Excel
- Proficiency in PowerPoint
- Proficiency in Word
