Job Summary
Design and deliver synchronous and asynchronous capacity-building initiatives for partner programs; manage a team of master trainers fluent in Kannada; document best practices and develop scalable learning materials; use data-informed decisions to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of training sessions; collaborate with the Teacher Professional Development team to strengthen the existing framework; coordinate training approvals with relevant departments; drive program implementation in Karnataka; travel across the state up to 50% of the time; requires fluency in Kannada and English; 12-month contract-based role with remote-friendly workplace and competitive salaries; submit pre-work assignments as part of the application process.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience designing & delivering training programs for teachers and education stakeholders (government setting preferred)
- Fluency in Kannada and English (reading, writing, speaking) mandatory
- Willingness to travel across the state up to 50% of the time
- Prior teaching experience preferred
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Entrepreneurial mindset with bias toward action
