Job Summary
Lead staff trainings and evaluations, including scheduling, tracking, and coordinating pre-service training for new employees. Oversee the Teaching-Family Model evaluation process by serving as a primary evaluator, training secondary evaluators, and ensuring compliance with TFA tracking needs. Manage data tracking systems by compiling evaluation scores, assisting with quality assurance, and providing reports to the Performance Quality Improvement committee on consumer satisfaction and system implementation. Maintain instructor credentials for TCI, CPR, and Prudent Parenting while mentoring qualified staff annually. Support internal and external audits, draft written reports, and assist with grant writing related to training and staff development.
