Training Coordinator for Shipyard Project

Training Coordinator with 5+ years’ experience to manage all training activities for a shipyard project in Yantai Yard, China. Responsibilities include maintaining the Training Program document, coordinating vendor-provided training, preparing and delivering training materials, tracking courses, supervising vendor and Contractor Instructor training, submitting Training Progress Reports, and developing the Training Schedule. Role involves coordinating with external training providers, managing documentation, and ensuring timely execution of training activities on a 9-month contract with a 90/16 rotation and 10 hours/day, 6 days/week; accommodation provided.
