Job Summary
Develop and execute simulated training and development plans in partnership with leadership to strengthen team skillsets. Design in-person and virtual courses using hands-on methods, simulations, videos, and PPTs. Analyze training needs to create new programs or improve existing ones, while conducting ongoing evaluations to measure effectiveness and recommend modifications. Train new employees and assist current staff in becoming experts, manage training schedules and Learning Management System supplies, and identify trainers for best practices guidance. Requires fluent English and Spanish, MS Office proficiency, and 4-5 years of manufacturing training experience in automation or machining.
Required Qualifications
- Fluent story boarding and developing training courses
- Highly proficient in using MS Office Suite, primarily PowerPoint and other content creation platforms
- Experience in delivering technical training within a manufacturing facility
- Experience with automation, manual assembly and/or machining
- Bilingual – English and Spanish
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 4 to 5 years manufacturing training experience
