Training Coordinator

Job Summary

Monitor, initiate, and document all required training for Bard Manufacturing Madison, GA personnel while delivering new employee orientation sessions for full-time and temporary staff. Maintain employee training records, scan and save materials by individual and type, and develop training content for certifications including forklift and safety. Collaborate with department supervisors, Quality, Engineering, and HR to create learning paths for new hires and ensure continuous education meets productivity goals. Evaluate training effectiveness to drive continual improvement and maintain the master training calendar for new product and refresher courses. Adhere to Quality System SOPs, ISO requirements, and GMP standards while investigating new methods for adult-based training.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 2+ years of related quality and training experience
  • Fundamental knowledge of training techniques, materials, and adult learning
  • Excellent communication, prioritization, and organizational skills
  • Ability to solve problems with little or no supervision
  • Must have advanced computer and software skills
  • PowerPoint

  • Demonstrated experience in developing and managing learning programs for all employees, including a focus on developing new managers/supervisors in a plant environment
  • Superior organizational and facilitation skills to deliver a variety of training programs
  • Hands-on experience coordinating multiple training events in a corporate setting
  • Ability to read and understand safety procedures and work instructions in English
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English with customers and team members

Desired Qualifications
