Job Summary
Develop training courses and instructional materials that clearly convey concepts for both online and in-person learning. Create materials with objectives and easy-to-follow content, capture and edit video/audio, collaborate with subject matter experts to identify training gaps and project timelines, and support LMS content uploads and updates to keep programs engaging and effective.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
- 2+ years of instructional development experience
- Strong understanding of instructional design and adult learning principles
- Experience with camera work, audio editing, storyboarding, and video production
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite, including Premiere Pro
- Strong communication, organization, and creative problem-solving skills
