Training Consultant - Subject Matter Expert at Regions drives training needs assessment and solution design to improve associate performance. Responsibilities include researching current trends, aligning learning objectives with business needs, assessing knowledge transfer, crafting measurable objectives, selecting appropriate instructional methods and media, delivering training, facilitating experiential activities, and ensuring post-training coaching and follow-up. Requires five years of experience, a high school diploma or GED, and a bachelor’s degree is preferred. Exempt, full-time role based at the Hoover, AL location (Riverchase North Building).
