Training Consultant - Allergy

Job Summary
Lead standardized training sessions with light customization for small to medium, low-complexity practices across in-person and virtual formats. Provide go-live support to drive adoption and build user confidence, while delivering post-go-live assistance to address questions and troubleshoot issues. Assess learner proficiency and provide targeted reinforcement to ensure competency, maintaining accurate training records including attendance and feedback. Stay current on software updates, industry best practices, and internal processes to ensure training content remains accurate and relevant. Requires 0-2 years of relevant experience, willingness to travel 75-90% including occasional weekends, and proficiency with common business and training tools.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 0-2 years of relevant experience in training, customer support, or healthcare/EHR environment
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with ability to present technical concepts clearly to non-technical audiences
- Foundational facilitation and presentation skills, both in-person and virtually and the ability to engage diverse learner groups
- Problem-solving and critical thinking skills with sound judgment in routine situations
- Ability to adapt delivery style to learner needs and adjust to feedback in real time
- Strong organizational and time-management skills; able to manage multiple priorities
- Ability to learn new software quickly and provide basic product support, including some off-hours or weekend support as required
- Willingness to travel 75-90% (including occasional weekends)
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree - preferred in healthcare, or related field
- Experience in Allergy or similar field preferred
- Experience supporting EHR/healthcare software go-lives or user adoption initiatives
- Familiarity with adult learning principles and instructional best practices
- Knowledge of Apple and/or mobile devices (Mac, iPad, iPhone) in a business/training context
- Proficiency with common business and training tools (e.g., Google Suite, Salesforce, Cloud Coach, AI tools or comparable systems)
