Job Summary
Lead the Learning & Development function for United Infrastructure's construction operations, developing and implementing learning strategies, identifying workforce skills gaps, and designing technical, compliance, leadership, and behavioral training programmes. Oversee apprenticeship, graduate, and trainee development; maintain competency matrices and compliance documentation; collaborate with operational leaders, HR, and external training providers; monitor training effectiveness and drive continuous improvement. Knowledge of apprenticeship programmes and early careers development is highly desirable; familiarity with LMS and CITB funding frameworks is advantageous.
Required Qualifications
- Qualifications in Learning & Development or HR or Education related discipline
- CIPD Level 5 or equivalent desirable
- Experience in Learning & Development or Workforce Development within construction/infra/utilities sectors
- Experience designing and implementing training programmes
- Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and funding frameworks advantageous
