Job Summary
Oversee daily operations of the South Boston Training Center, managing facilities, equipment, and learning resources while leading staff to foster an engaging environment. Partner with factory leadership and key stakeholders to coordinate training activities, manage systems and reporting, and analyze KPIs to drive continuous improvement. Identify skill gaps, forecast training demand, and implement workforce capability planning to align resources with future business needs. Ensure compliance with regulations and execute curriculum reviews to enhance learning outcomes.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Education, Organizational Development, Human Resources, Training & Development, or a related field
- Minimum of 10 years of leadership experience managing training operations, workforce development programs, educational environments, or similar functions
- Proven experience leading teams, managing resources, budgets, schedules, and operational processes
- Strong project management, communication, stakeholder engagement, and problem-solving skills
- Experience analyzing performance metrics and using data to drive operational improvements and learning effectiveness
Desired Qualifications
- Preferred experience in manufacturing, industrial environments, training centers, educational programs, or multi-site operations, with knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies
