Job Summary
The Training & Beverage Quality Assurance Manager will operate as the on-site Operations Manager and oversee beverage training and quality assurance across Sports & Social locations. This role ensures operational excellence, financial performance, and beverage program integrity while maintaining brand standards. Key responsibilities include leading day-to-day F&B operations, conducting beverage audits, delivering structured training programs, and monitoring inventory and cost control to maximize profitability. Candidates must have experience in beverage or bar operations leadership and demonstrate strong leadership and communication skills.
Required Qualifications
- 4 years experience of beverage or bar operations leadership in a multi-location or regional capacity
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Strong knowledge of alcohol safety regulations and best practices
Additional Requirements
- Ability to travel within the vertical as required (up to 60% travel)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and balance competing priorities
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
