Training Associate - Level III - Service

Plan and deliver technical training programs for Cummins engines, fuel systems, electronic controls, and service technologies; develop and maintain instructional materials including presentations, participant guides, instructor guides, assessments, job aids, and e-learning content; customize training to meet business, customer, and regional requirements; conduct training needs assessments and recommend learning solutions; provide technical guidance on diesel engines, fuel systems, engine electronics, and aftertreatment systems; troubleshoot and support related issues using diagnostic tools (INSITE, INPOWER, C View, QSOL) and CAN networks; coordinate instructor-led and virtual sessions, maintain training records and LMS data, analyze training effectiveness, and drive continuous improvement; build relationships with internal stakeholders, dealers, distributors, and customers; support vendor management and external training providers; act as a subject matter resource for technical and training inquiries.
