Job Summary

Coordinate and schedule CBP training programs, enter data into DHS/CBP systems, and support training logistics. Collaborate with CBP Training Officers, NATC, NMTC, AMOA, and vendors; assist in earning FLETA accreditation for Air and Marine Operations training; generate training schedules, forecasts, and cost tracking; produce detailed reports on training and travel for NATC, NMTC, and TSS leadership; perform data entry into DHS/CBP systems (e.g., PALMS, TRAEN, TOMIS); support field training officers and agents with request coordination and administrative tasks.

Required Qualifications

  • Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Must be proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Must be able to speak, write, read, and understand English.
  • Must be adaptable, flexible, and able to adjust to new or changing instructions.
  • Must be able to multi-task and complete assignments accurately and on time.
  • Must have one (1) year of general work experience.
  • Must be able to use current scheduling tools (OpSTAR) utilized by the CBP Units.
  • Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Possess a Valid Drivers’ License without special restrictions.
  • Must be a US Citizen.
  • Secret Security Clearance required.
