Training and Relationship Manager

Job Summary
Lead onboarding and enablement programs for private wealth and IFA advice practices by delivering tailored platform training and strategic guidance. Build trusted relationships with advisers and key stakeholders to drive platform adoption, retention, and long-term value. Partner closely with New Business Managers to support adviser growth, manage complex onboarding and transition activity, and act as a key escalation point for client outcomes. Maintain accurate CRM data and collaborate across teams to maximize engagement. This role requires recent experience working with IFA and private wealth advisers within investment platforms, with a focus on relationship management and enablement rather than sales. Flexible hybrid work is available for candidates in Sydney or Melbourne.
Required Qualifications
- RG146 completed or underway, or equivalent tertiary qualifications in business, finance or a related discipline
- 3+ years' recent experience in a client facing role within investment platforms, financial services, private wealth or a related environment
- Demonstrated experience working with financial advisers across private wealth and retail/IFA markets
- Strong presentation, stakeholder management and communication skills
- Commercially minded with the ability to build trusted adviser relationships
- Highly organised, self-directed and confident managing multiple priorities
- Experience with investment platform technology, managed accounts or custody solutions
- Recent experience working directly with IFA and/or private wealth advisers within an investment platform, wealth management, financial advice or related environment
- Background in relationship management, onboarding and adviser enablement
- Full, unrestricted work rights in Australia
- A police check
